Job title: Community Manager

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial self-starter with interest/skills in building communities and culture. The Job would included day-to-day coordination/management of DEAVOR, member assistance and event mgmt.

About Deavor:

Deavor is a creative co-working space located in the heart of Nashville, TN. Co-working is a style of work that involves a shared working environment, often an office, and independent activity. Unlike in a typical office environment, those co-working are usually not employed by the same organization, thus providing a large amount of synergy to take place among the group. We provide the perfect atmosphere for you to be highly productive, actively inspired, and placed alongside likeminded individuals.

Job Description:

– Coordinate events (contracts and communication)
– Keep up with member needs. comments/complaints
– send communications to members (updates, monthly events, etc…)
– Build community and culture at Deavor
– Setup tours of the space
– Order supplies (coffee, TP, PT, paper etc..)
– 1 “Deavor” event per month
– update calendar
– Manage blog (member spotlight)
– Coordinate social media
– Coordinate open/Close Deavor
– Coordinate Deavor Events/outside usage
– coordinate food trucks
– General upkeep of space and organization

Job Requirements:

– Previous work experience
– Be able to operate general office equipment
– Proficent in social media platforms
– Ability to clearly communicate with members
– Use of web platforms and email
– Interest/skills in photography/design/web
– Event management experience

Part Time or Full Time : Pay TBD
